Chef owned "one man show" operation known as Sake Fish amazing is the answer Everytime I have eaten here Cash the sushi chef is the only one working doing all jobs (severing, busing, cook, etc.) and that is the best part. A True Gem. This restaurant is legit. It is better than any sushi restaurant I've tried in DFW and at a reasonable price. The sushi chef makes a point to tell you which of the fish are freshest and they have a nice entree selection as well. Good drink specials at happy hour through 7pm as well. HIghly recommend.

So happy with this place. We don't normally sit at the sushi bar but that's the way to do it here! Love getting the reco...mmendations about what is fresh during our visit and the banter back and forth. Great experience. Please visit!!! See More

Cash is one of the best Sushi Chefs I have ever met. The fish is fresh and his food presentation is unmatched as well as the taste of his Sushi
