customer service

purchased outdoor rug totaling $4000.00. less than 1 year spots all over carpet. they have it cleaned and still spots. they recommend using 50/50 of bleach and water, of course they would not do it because of the risk of making it worse. they would not even replace the walkway which was really stained. lousy customer service as well as manufacturer not standing behind this product. we have called imperial carpet to get the rugs changed on the inside of the house. the fact that they will lose the inside rug job $8 -$9000 is the only satisfaction i have. i won't be going back there and will not recommend them to anyone else either!

Sail on installed carpeting in my basement. After a year a wrinkle or fold appeared. Now, about 3 years later, there are three different areas in the rug that have bubbled up folds in the carpet. The products are fine. The sales people are knowledgable, but the most important part, the install, is terrible.

Large selection of remnants

We purchased carpet for two rooms in our basement. We were looking for good carpet at a reasonable price. Sail On Carpets had a large selection of remnants at good prices. Highly recommend!
