I have been eating at Saigon Restaurant since it was Saigon Deli - and was first introduced to it in 1986. They moved a few blocks from the original location after the 1989 bay area earthquake and changed the name to Saigon Restaurant. Two absolute stand-outs, food wise:
1. The fresh tofu salad rolls - use a little plum sauce...
