We moved here from North Dakota and rented sight unseen, we were very impressed with how clean the apartment was when we moved in. The staff is fairly friendly, however there were a few issues with getting paper work figured out. The apartment complex itself is very nice, the pool and exercise facilities are clean and parking doesn't seem to be much of an issue since all tenants get one covered...
We moved into a 2 bedroom last month and I have no complaints. Neighbors are friendly, staff is great and maintenance is awesome! We found things that needed to be fixed as we were unpacking and it never took more than a day or if it was Friday they were here Monday. The saltwater pools are clean, people clean up after their dogs, and it's been quiet. We absolutely love it here!
Although parking was a bit of a challenge especially considering I owned a truck that couldn't practically fit into my assigned space; only when others were not parked next to me. I was not...

this apparently complex is great. Great space .. Great amenities.. Great area. Now it is a little far north but haven't really had an issue with it, two pools 1 heated lots of areas to cook out by our apartment.. There is also a rooftop cooking Area that's so convenient and posh.
