Usually, I’m a big fan but the last 3 times I’ve gotten carry out I’ve been disappointed. Both times my salads have been maybe 4 pieces of lettuce, it’s ridiculous, I’d rather not get a salad at all. Awful customer service — I was told it’d be 30 minutes for a carry order....after waiting an addition half hour, I went to cancel the order and was told they couldn’t even find it. Thanks for ruining Valentine’s Day Sagano Clarkston!
The food is good and the grillers entertaining. Everything is flavorful.
With that being said, the staff is less to be desired. They disappear for long periods when you ask for a refill, lord help you if you ask for a knife because you will never get it. The steak cuts are good but huge hunks of uncooked fat needs to be cut off the pieces.
