Having traveled several times to India, it is possible my expectations were not as high as some of the other reviewers. We arrived at 6 p.m. The garbanzo bean(chick pea) chips were good and we loved the sauces served with them. I had a lamb kebab dish which was pretty much spot on to what I was served in India....
Not the best Buffett I've been to, but it was clean and food was hot. Chicken tikka masala was a bit thin for my liking.
Whether u are catering for 30 or 300 I recommend this place . Good food and excellent service.

We don't usually expect much in the way of decor at an Indian restaurant, but Saffron House is the exception—with prices to match. Tandoori mixed grill reveals shortcomings at the art of cooking meat. But fiery hot dosas—crisp, delicate Southern Indian crepe rolled around spicy mashed vegetables—are served with a sweet, cooling chutney made of grated coconut. Yum.
