Called them and got a quote, told them that I needed all the parts for the window, even the molding that they usually can reuse. Made sure to tell them everything. Was promised that it was coming for the price that I was quoted. They got out to the vehicle and didnt have the parts needed, the exact ones I was promised. Then they tried to raise the price as well. Called their customer...

I got two quotes for my broken quarter-panel glass. One from safelite, which they swore would be the lowest available: $670.00. And one from a small independant glass shop off Benning Rd., NE: $178.00.
