The management here obviously does not care about their tenants. I have lived here for 8 months and the average response time for a maintenance call is 2 weeks . I am currently waiting on three things to be repaired in my apartment and the request was submitted three weeks ago. I will be moving when my lease is up and I don't recommend Saddlebrook to anyone in the market for a new apartment!

I was a little worried with the four sliding doors in our unit, but after living there for the last 6 months, our utility bill has not been as high as we originaly thought. And there is plenty of parking for guest.

Has anyone else had a problem with kids going door-to-door at this complex? I feel like I'm being targeted. The first time, after I turned two kids away, my air conditioning was vandalized. The second time, a different kid turned aggressive when I said I didn't want to buy anything.

i have been at this place along time now and maintenance here has always been terrible nothing getting fixed,a/c has been not working for almost 2 years anyways i had a few issues waiting to be taken care of for months and the new guy"dave" was he with in an hour and was very good on getting them fixed.he was very nice and friendly.we have needed someone here like him for some time now

I love this place. The management has been my landlord for several years and I came here because of her. Mrs.Arnett has always been amazing for me, anytime i had a problem she was always right on top of it to fix it.
