Super charming Gold Rush mansion cum hostel. While I'm not in love with Sacramento (So hot. Such sun), I adore this classy as hell property in the "City of Trees."

I have tried booking a room at this historic hostel near the CA State Capitol for years -- so glad it was available this trip. Great location, wonderful staff, clean and comfortable facility and what a gorgeous old mansion!
