Everybody at Designer Rug Warehouse was just so friendly! I was treated like family, everyone was lovely. Thomas and I even hugged, we thoroughly enjoyed each other. It was just a lovely experience.

Forget about area rug shopping online. Colors are way off, you can’t even talk to a person when needed. DRW is about 2 hours drive from Birmingham, but it was well worth the trip. We’ve saved a lot of money. We’ve purchased a 9 by 12 Turkish rug. Thomas at DRW was a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful and kept in touch and made sure we were happy with our rug selection.
