I asked a question about a month ago as to why my (senior disabled) parents are having difficulty getting their deposit back - I received no response and my question was deleted. Bad Business

Tim in service is exceptional. Not only did he get my parts on quickly, he also noticed a major safety issue w the hitch that came w our car.

I wish I had read these reviews before coming here. now you've been warned from another dissatisfied customer. START CLEAR OF HERE. I told them I wanted my weight distribution system including the saddles off the tong of my trailer I traded in and over a month later they still have not returned them to me.

Rented a very nice 25 foot trailer from them. They dropped it off on time at Shaver Lake and saved us the big haste of getting the trailer up the mountain! Nice clean comfortable trailer. Only down side is that no bedding was included. Didn't know that. Other than that, great experience and good price. Great place to rent
