They sell the "sizzle" as well as the "outstanding", butter-topped steak at these "classy" chophouses, where you feel like you're "in the lap of luxury" when the "piping-hot" cuts are set before you with "panache" by "professional" servers; unless you find "happy-hour deals", it's "pricey" but "dependable."
