We loved the view on the patio. The service was a bit dismissive. We waited about 40 minutes for cheeseburgers that were not inexpensive, and then received cheeseburgers that were literally raw inside. They looked char-broiled, but when my friend took a bit, he realized inside it was dangerously un-cooked. We asked that they be taken back, I was grossed...

Excellent food, convienent location from 95 or 91. Nice view of the water, very romatantic place. Food is great.

Don't be turned off by the awful name. The Rusty Scupper is actually a nice restaurant where the fairly well-to-do mix with regular people taking mom out...

Great food and great view. Waterfront. Large menu with choices from just appetizers to full course entrees. Large bar area for socializing or intimate conversations. Equally large dining area,; some waterfront with great views. Food and service are good.
