I attended a seminar in their conference / reception room. It was perfectly acceptable. However, the furnishings and finishes were a little tired. It was an all day event and lunch was served. It was a buffet with ziti, meatballs, mashed potatoes, and chicken along with a tossed salad. There was nothing special about the food. But for what is...

Best Wedding Ever

Rusty created a truly memorable experience for my wife and I.
Everyone who attended wedding had a wonderful time, great food and
a helpful, responsive waiting staff. Servers are all new staff
and were eager to help us and worked hard to make sure we
were served well. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

been to a number of banquets and weddings here over the years and not much different every time. food is always the same and average at best. wait staff often acts like they'd rather be anywhere else and so do I!

Great place to hold meetings or banquets. The food is good and the service is great. Rusty Rail is centrally located in Canastota and easy to find. Prices are decent.
