Everything was very nice---Except-- my guests were seated (before I arrived) at a booth which was suitable for 4, even though we had 5 people. The hostess said "WE" would have to wait, if we wanted to change tables. Not good customer service!!

I love the food. I am from Salt Lake, and this was one of my reasons for flying to newport this past weekend. I was a little frustrated that I had made a reservation the prior week for 815, and it took almost an additional thirty minutes on top of that to be seated. I understand busy times happen, but put reservations priority a bit higher. Second, I don't mind live music. But good hell, I...

Not the best service - had to flag down alternate waiters to get drink refills. They had a special Valentines Day limited menu which was disappointing with only 3 fish, options (had other meats plus lobster and crab legs)that came only grilled. We found out too late that some people were allowed the regular menu. Great garlic bread.

Waitress Hit our Friend in the eye with her tray. It was his dead eye, so he could not even close it. Very bad response, as he was in allot of pain. Very bad.
