SO Disappointed. We have used The Rustic Garden in the past been very pleased. However this most recent experience was NOT a good one. I called 9/21/10 to order flowers or a plant for a viewing and funeral. I began calling at 8:30 am and my last voice mail was at 8:00 pm - Barbara NEVER returned my call. She stated that her business phone was transfered to her cell phone and that she took...

I have ordered several times from this florist and have always been so impressed with the creativity of the arrnagement and the freshness. The recps. of the orders call to tell me these are the prettiest flowers they have ever gotten.
