I have been going to Rush for years now and I love the service! The staff are nice and always friendly, the waiting time to get in the back to your room is usually short and even waiting on your Doctor doesn't take too long. I love going here because it seems like they really care about the patients!

My doctor of many years made an error in a prescription refill, but was out of town last week. After two days of many phone calls, the office tells me they're following their procedures, and prescription refills take 72 hours, even if there's an error. That's not good, and I won't be going back.

Called to see a doctor asap and Minnie, who secured the appointment for me, was both kind and efficient. I've been coming here for three years now, and have been as reasonably pleased with the service as one might expect from a busy, crowded metropolitan clinic.
