This was a simple hose leak under kitchen sink. Plumber made an appointment on Saturday between 10 and 12 and did not show up on time, without giving notice. After calls from me, he eventually made it in over an hour late. At that point, he did not do anything - he said he needed to custom order a sprayer hose and will call me Monday with pricing and to schedule. Today it's Friday, leak still...
