At Ru San’s East meets West, sort of, creating such puzzling fare as sushi pizza. Sushi guys construct the fairly decent, authentic fish fare, but the main draw is the all-you-can-eat sushi buffet lunch. The food is great, the employees are great and really nice, overall great experience. This was my first time going and I definitely will be back!

Really poor quality sushi and lots of Americanized fried rolls. This place caters mostly to groups of naive 20-somethings who come for the sake-bombs, and wouldn't know decent sushi if it bit them in the ass.

I'd heard of the lunch sushi buffet, and went with the girlfriend to try it out. There were a lot of popular rolls, fried rice, spring rolls, calamari, etc to put on your plate. I wasn't big on buffets before I got there, and I'm not big in them after I left. The quality of the food on the buffet was mediocre as expected. They have the best sushi! If you can decide what you want or a trying sushi for the first time, they have an all you can eat buffet that is fantastic.
