went into shop to have a window pane replace.
on 27 July 2010 said would be ready on the 28.I called before going and was told it would be done by 5pm.To my surprise they had not even started it.
The young man said it be a few min after watching him break the first pane and then set the second pane it he informed me the frame was not square.
I told him it was and he said maybe he did not get the glass square.so i said i come back the next day.
after wasting 45 min.I return on Friday and paid for it25$ plus tax not bad.when they brought my window out to me i saw that the frame was put on wrong and was not square.i ask to see the young man [i use the word man very loosely]who did the work.yes i told him it was off and said frame was put together wrong.He was rude and said that only way it would fit even after i show him the top rail had latches to remove from window frame.the he said the frame was not even together when i brought it in.
i told him not to lie so he told me to take frame and leave shop before he called the cops.I went back in and told the young lady about it as she was the one I gave the frame to with broken glass still sticking to it.she said she didn't remember.so she gave me a refund then .yes i lost my cool when the young man lied .I told him i give him 50 if i couldn't put it together right.yes there was a other customer in the shop at this time.His reply get out before he calls the cops.so this shop rates a big fat 0 from me and
as i watched how they removed old tint i know i would not want him to touch my windows.i would tell any and every body take your glass work anywhere but here.
and if he or anybody think i wrong he got my number
All it would have taken was the young man to say sir i never seen this type before or i don't know how.
But he was Rude lying as was the lady in front when she did not remember.as when i brought it in i think his wife and a older lady was there when i brought it in. as the same persons were there today
a family that works together lies together so a nasty way to treat people
