Worst customer service ever. Literally stole $100 from my husband.

My husband and I prefer to support local businesses. That's why he used to put "gift certificates to The Run In" on his Christmas wish list. My father gave him large gift certificates to the store ($150 each year for four years).

Awful customer service. Shoes will be ordered for customers but then customers won't be alerted that they came in.
