Great spot in the NC mountains. Very unique community with lots to do. Golf courses are very scenic and fun. Don't miss out, it's something to experience.

Our family enjoyed Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure. We took advantage of the boat tour. It was very interesting and informative . The tour guide Ela was a hoot . We had a very relaxing time. Lakeview restaurant was fantastic for dinner . We also enjoyed eating lunch on the patio at the golf club watching the golfers come up the 9th hole. All in all it was a wonderful family get together .

The house we rented was beautiful and very clean. Yay. The resort amenities were well maintained as were the grounds. The restaurants need some work - the quality of the food was low and the service was very slow. Our power went out one night and security told us no one was on staff to help, which left my husband fumbling around in the dark in a three story house looking for the main breaker...
