The sandwiches from Pronto Bistro Italiano were delicious and the homemade fries were great. The order was ready when I arrived but I was later than I thought I would be so they were not as warm as I would like them. Could the orders be put under a warming light in case someone is late picking them up? Pronto Bistro Italiano is on our list for Friday night take-out!

We were in the area for the day, and were referred to Pronto (formerly known as Ruffinis). It is in an unassuming little strip mall, but is nicely decorated and warmly lit inside. Had been going here for years but got tired of the just ok but expensive food and just ok service so we stopped...even after having a party there for 50 people. After about 2 yrs, we say a new name and thought it was a new place- WRONG! Same old Ruffinis with a new name. Stuffed rigitoni was good but...

We took the family here for dinner several times and never left unhappy. The portions are generous. We always take home left overs. The service is very good and the people are friendly. Overall it is a nice atmosphere.

Abslutely aweful...I brought clients for dinner and drinks after work.... the bar tender pat was rude...and for such a small bar...shouldve been able to serve everyone at least 3 times over. Instead, we all waited over fifteen minutes after arriving. If this was my business, he'd be gone. Absolutely embarrassing.
