tim was very friendly and gave a lot of great advice as to the way to proceed with my floors. my wife and myself love the job they did and i cannot believe it was possible to make my floors shine like they do. my mom is looking for someone to hire to redo her floors and i would defiinately reccomend tim. he came in on the budget that we had and did it in a timely manner.

i wish I had never used the internet, there is no way i will ever get any satisfaction, i don;t want to have him come back to my house. i gave him a "O" i wish i could have gone lower.

Very good customer service. Excellent work done. They did my whole house which is two stories, 3 bedrooms, hall, dining room, living room and a staircase which was very difficult to do. Work was done very timely. He made 100 year old floors look new again. Highly recomend.

These guys were sympathetic to my situation as I didn't have a bathroom door and 2 other contractors blew me off. Ruff and tuff responded in less than 24 hrs and were done in less than that. Will use again an again.
