can't cook a steak to order if their life depended on it

To start this out, we go to Ruby's a lot becauase my wife thinks it had decent food, and I like their drink menu. But they honestly can not cook a steak and I am starting to question the quality of their beef. I recently went to the place on a Saturday night for a few drinks and a steak....

Best Ruby Tuesday in Eastern CT

The salad bar was always fresh and the ribs are great. The classic cheeseburger is unsurpassed. We were disappointed when we moved to manchester because the Ruby Tuesday there was disappointing.
