I've never been a fan of chain restaurants, until today. Stopped in to Rubys for a late lunch. Ordered a half rack or Texas style ribs, grilled zucchini and onion rings. The ribs were tender...

Always good service. It is what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Better than Chilis, good location, the salad bar is always fresh and filled with good looking veggies. Service has always been top notch

While the food here was decent and the staff super-friendly, the place itself was dirty, dirty, dirty. The bathroom (which they always say is a good indicator of what the kitchen looks like) looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was a smear of an unknown white substance on the wall of the stall and the sink area was gross to the point where you wouldn't want to put your *bag*...
