Wanted to finally try Ruby Tuesday in West Covina as I think it is the only one in Southern California. When we got there, we noticed the parking lot empty and lettering gone form the outer walls. They left a note on the window saying sorry but they felt the need to close down. After reading some of the reviews, I believe they didn't have the customer flow they were expecting.
