my husband and I ate at ruby tuesday and were not very pleased. our servers name was crystal. she took several minutes to take our order. we also asked her for drink re-fills twice and never got them. we didn't really feel welcome at ruby tuesday because we felt that we were being neglected by our server. the food was good so that's a plus, but we are not sure if we will be back anytime soon
