Ate there twice. Wasn't bad, but couldn't make me really happy. the waiting time was quite long. The folks at the bar were sometimes really loud (drunk?) and made me want to leave fast.

Outstanding service by manager, wait staff, and bartenders. It is just a great and relaxing atmosphere for dinner and drinks. Keep up the great work.

I showed up ten minutes before closing. Employees were friendly even though it was closing time. Meal was exactly as expected, fresh burger and fries. Convenient to several Newark airport hotels.

If you don't like a salad bar.... then NO REASON to go

In general I hate the "meals" at Ruby Tuesdays. Appetizers are decent for the usual Fried Food crowd. We will go now and then for the salad bar... and then always hate having to choose what to order.... they have 5-6 types of rubber-chicken entrees and of course decent tasting but way over-priced burgers....
