Horrible food paired with horrible service-stay away! I would have been better off going next door to Taco Bell, and I don't eat there so that's pretty bad. We will never return to any Ruby...

I ordered a grilled turkey fillet which really was 4 slices of turkey lunch meat and it was cold. Not what was written on the menu at all. Took 40 minutes to get in and the place was not busy.
