I have eaten here many times and I usually order the petite sirloin and coconut shrimp. "As rare as possible" I have even asked for my steak "Pittsburg rare" but The last three times I have ordered it it has been well done. It's super frustrating and the managers haven't asked to discount the check at all or take it back. Bummer
