They have had our deposit for work to be performed since May 2011 it is now the middle of August and they still have not shown up, and they do not return phone calls

Most companies stand behind their work and want to be sure the customer is satisfied. Ruby Electric, however, charged $70 for 10 minutes to complete hanging my chandelier when I asked them to come back to correct it.
