Extremely poor service. Not honest employees, tried to hide all problems and worse of all they pour their left over thin set and grout into our drain system while we were not there.
It cost a lot of money to repair their mistake. RPM did not agree to pay for the damages and instead blaming us of doing it.

RPM Tile was a horrible experience. The laminate floor was left incomplete and in shambles because of patience and incompetency by the owner and laborer. The owner promised a refund but stood us up for weeks by not answering calls, replying to texts, emails, or voicemails when I tried to set up a time to get this resolved.
