We really appreciate the through diagnosis of the leak at my mothers home this morning. Nor only did Dan make us aware of a bigger problem he showed up with a rock solid game plan for us to get this taken care of all at once so we have no more issues. Great customer service skills. We are very fortunate to have guys like Roy's and Dan taking care of us.
