Stopped in today to pick up my clothes and for the second time they tell me they are not here. Absolutely horrible, I guess coming back for a second time was my stupidity. I do not recommend them...

I dropped a dress off to be altered and it had a cute bow tie that wrapped around the waist. Upon receiving the dress, the tie was missing and they claimed I never brought it in.
