They do have a lot of red tones in them and I was afraid that they might bleed if I wash them. I saw that you guys specialize in area rugs so I gave you a call to see my options for cleaning all 3 8x10 rugs. I got a great price to do the cleaning so I tried it out. When the tech came he recommended that he takes the rugs to clean it in his warehouse. I wasn't aware that it was going to be like that. I thought that he was going to clean it in my home. He then explained to me that he cannot clean my rug on hardwood floors because the temperature and pressure of the steam might damage the wood. I then signed off on having him clean my rugs in the warehouse. When he brought my rugs back and placed them in the right places in my home I felt like I made the right decision. Thank you so much.
