I ordered beef noodle soup and it was so .... so ... good. They have also other noodles as well. I want to go there everyday. (Edited March 19, 2013)
This place has great food. I've never not liked something I ordered there. I'd definitely recommend it as a takeout venue as the decor and layout of the place are strange.
Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I've better Thai food- a LOT better. I had Door Dash deliver... Spring Rolls: Mostly lettuce, served with a spicy, fishy smelling sauce. Did I get the wrong...
Food was bland. I love Thai food and have tried many Twin Cities Thai restaurants. Royal Bankgkok food has a hint of the flavor most Thai food has but only a hint. The Masman curry sauce is thin and boring. The spring rolls were good though.
Pad Thai that you'd swear was made with barbeque sauce. If you like that style, go for it. I couldn't find the decent entree I had on their online menu, chicken with vegetables, rice and fried egg. Get that instead for sure.
I ordered the crispy pork with chinese broccoli, and egg rolls for lunch this afternoon, and it was awful! The egg rolls were soggy and flavorless, the "crispy" pork lacked any kind of crisp, and there seemed to be more american broccoli than chinese broccoli. I asked for it to be medium spicy, and it lacked …
