The worst moving company ever

This moving company caused several thousand of dollars in damages to furniture and home property. They refused to discuss any of the damages. The damages was expected to be $3500. Don't even talk to them about a price their the worst. They have non professional movers working for them. People from out of the country, not trained.

Over 5 hours late, went to wrong address twice, damaged multiple pieces of property and made the filing process so difficult that I could not get my much-deserved refund. When addressing my concerns, the company literally told me I was lucky that they showed up at all. Horrific and I would not recommend to anyone.

The guys showed up one a half hour late and when they did they just hung around their truck for what seemed to be forever. When they finally came in they waisted more time by just walking around doing paperwork. I had my husband and brother there to help, let's just say in the time it took them to move one item we moved half a dozen items while pacing ourselves. When I called to complain they...

They moved my daughter from a 3 room apartment to a bedroom in another city. Then traveled on th RI storage with the rest of the furnishings.
They were efficient and polite.
Will definitely call Roy s for the next move!

Very unprofessional,I was overcharged on 50% more, I was at schedule to noon time they show up at my house at 3:30 completely exhausted,I postpone to next day Sunday morning,I had to deal with lots of disagreements between the employees I call the manager couple times nothing was done after they use your credit card... Who cares right. Be aware .
