I went to fix my brand new glasses that were loose, and they overheated my glasses and ruined the lenses!! They claim I could have did that myself (how??) even though the optician acknowledged that they were brand new when I handed it to him beforehand. They refuse to take responsibility for it, but were not ashamed to take $5 for 1 minute c@!%!y job. I now have to get new lenses for my glasses. They are not only bad at what they do, but also rude.
