Our house is over 100 years old and our main line was backing up due to roots. Derrick cleaned it out within an hour and was very accomodating by moving things around our crowded basement in order to get his machine in. Our kitchen sinks and dishwasher were not draining properly and after trying to fix it ourselves with no success, we contacted Roto-rooter. They scheduled us an appointment that worked for us and upon arriving on time and ready to work, they fixed our problem in about an hour. We will definitely be contacting them in a time like this. Thank you Rick Taylor for your timely and effective service. We live in a home over 100 years old so needless to say we have had some plumbing issues due to roots, etc. and Rick was very helpful and extremely non-judgmental while cleaning up a horrific mess in an old cellar basement. He was extremely courteous and the rate was over half what I was quoted from another well known company. Thank you Tom Williams for your great service this Sunday morning. Woke up this morning to a big mess in our basement. Thankfully, the mess was only in the bathroom and hallway. When Tom arrived he was extremely friendly and answered all our questions. Tom was very careful not to make a mess. He put on shoe covers and also put down sheets on the carpet where he was walking. He work efficiently and quickly. He put our minds at ease in the fact he was so knowledgeable and had years of plumbing experience. We totally recommend Roto-Rooter, Spokane, WA.

Roto-Rooter were awesome! Last year I was having trouble with my drains, and they came out the next day, unclogged the drain. The plumber was very quick and not very expensive, and honest. This spring I was have trouble again and was at wits end to find the same company in Spokane to help again. Was on the phone calling all the roto rooter people that I could, wanted the same company. Found them, they were out the next day, went above and beyond, to take care of the drain problem. Thank-you.
