Yesterday, 20 May 2014, Penney responded to a call for a blocked basement drain. She arrived within an hour of the call and went straight to work. Opened the main drain and found that to be clear. Roto-Rooter came yesterday to fix a draining problem. Our pipes were clogged. Unfortunately they had to bring in heavy duty forces because tree roots had caused the clogging. The first gentlemen had diagnosed the problem correctly. He and Zach showed me the roots and I was able to see inside the pipes where the tree roots were creating havoc. Both men were personable and professional. Both arrived on schedule and stayed until everything was put back in place. We are very happy! Now I can do my laundry...
