After realizing that I had a sewage backup from my basement drain, I knew I needed help fast. My dad suggested I call Roto Rooter, and I was glad to hear they could have a plumber out to me the same day, without any extra ""emergency"" services fees like some other companies. I was told by the pleasant customer service representative that I would receive a call about 30 minutes before the plumber would arrive, and that is exactly what occurred.

They guy that came to our house was up front with. very friendly with us and ours kids.He did not mind that my two year old had to be down in the basement asking question the hole time.We would call them again if we have a issue.We are very please with our serice we got:)

After a slow start and re-schedule of days due to snow I had the Best service by far. This is the second time I used Roto Rooter and was not too happy the first time. This time Iad a great tech-Jeff Baker. He was very polite courteous. He even shoveled the walkway so as to not get any snow or dirt in my house. He laid tarps down while working. He even made a run to Home Depot to get supplies instead of me taking time to go.
He was up front with me on all costs and procedures he was going to do. Jeff also suggested I get the drains cleaned at least once every two...
