the faucet in our kids' tub was leaking. roto-rooter came out exactly one day after we placed the service call, in the 2 hr time-frame that we specified. they were nice enough to call a half hour before their arrival. the repairman put booties on his feet to keep my house nice and clean in the cleveland slush. he worked fast but did a thorough job. we also got a 6 month warranty on the labor. he was done in no time at all and i could get back to my business. the labor charge was also reasonable. all in all, a very positive experience.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service on 01/06/2011. I called around 3:00 PM with a clogged kitchen drain. John 2723 was at my house in less than one hour, despite the heavy snow that was falling at the time. John 2723 was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He removed his boots before entering my house, laid towels and mats around his work area and cleaned up when the job was done....
