Over Priced I had a hot water heater replaced and they charged me over $2000 for the new heater. They gave me a cheap water heater probably cost $250 to $300 for the heater. They had to put in a tub that catches the water if the heater leaks and charged me all most $400 for that. They did nice work but way over priced. I could of had the same thing done from Lowes with a high hot water heater...

We were advised that the work would take a couple of days but it took 2 wks. We were given a notice of violation because they did not have the permit when they began the work. It has been 3 wks. and they have not finished the cleanup and they will not return the phone calls. We were also advised that they would give us a video showing that the sewage line was installed properly, any damage...
