The service man came out to our house exactly on time on a Saturday, and was very helpful, informative and friendly. He explained exactly what he was doing and what the charge would be and gave us options before he did something. He also advised us what would be cheapest. Last but not least, he really admired my little one year old!
I called for service at approximately 0645 today and was told someone would be here between 0800 and 1000 and that I'd get a call 30 minutes in advance of their arrival. All took place, serviceman (Terry) arrived at 0840. After surveying the issue he went on the roof, said he pushed about 40 or 45 feet of rod through the system before the drain cleared. overall - nice job. when called in with clogged drain, was told they'd arrive within 2 hours with a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. call came within 30 minutes, and repairman arrived 30 minutes later.Repairman assessed issue and provided written estimate, and repair completed approximately 1 hour later.overall, good job, with timely response.
Our washing machine valve cracked so we called the nearest Roto-Rooter. They sent Don to our home to help. He was on time and extremely polite. He quickly replaced the cracked valve and we had our water back. Thanks for a job well done!
