Alonzo, employee 1678, was dispatched to take care of our problem, and arrived within the appointment window we had been promised. Customer Service was very professional through the phone call. I suggested the work order be completed from 9-11am and the technician did not make it out to my house until after one. He was able to fix the Blockage in the drain line and was knowledgeable on what to do when reviewing the drain issues. The technician was able to take 15% off for being over 2 hours late. Came with a 6 month warranty on the drains. Can't complain here.

We were so impressed with Roto Rooter. We booked an appointment on their website at 6 a.m. this morning and immediately received a confirmation. About an hour later, they called to confirm and let us know the tech was on the way. His name was Wayne (Tech #108) and he arrived just after 8 a.m. He located the cleanout in the backyard, snaked it out to the street, and was very professional, friendly and informative the entire time. Kyle Harris #1014 was our service technician on Saturday April 25 and he arrived promptly to attend to our plumbing issue. He initially thought he would have to remove out toilet to fix the problem but really worked hard at finding another solution which he did! This saved us time, money and additonal cleanup and mess.
