Mike Kapraszewski was timely, professional, and very nice. He showed up in under 30 minutes, made quick work of my issue, and even left the space that flooded cleaner than when he showed up! I cannot thank him enough! He is by far one of the best technicians I have EVER had to deal with. Friendly, upbeat, and funny!

Service Tech Mike (#2027) was very helpful and quick. He was thorough and services looked good. He was diligent about not tracking dirt and mud through the house and wore bunny slippers and put down a tarp where work was performed. We just moved into our house and the sewer line backed up. Willie from Roto-Rooter was here fast, walked around the house with us to point out some important landmarks (like the clean out) and then took care of the problem. The work was done quickly and well and we got some good advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. I have put Willie on my speed dial (just in case).
