I have been around pianos my entire life and have had several experiences with different piano tuners and Manny is by far the very best. He took his time with my Baby Grand and was very thorough. I have tried them all..Manny is the best. I would not trust my piano with anyone else. He is professional, honest, and excellent at his craft.

I checked around for rates on piano tuning. Most were about $125 - this company was $120. He came in and did a good job tuning; however, when he was done (took about an hour which is what they said over the phone) he said he needed to charge an additionl $15 for something (note: this was after the tuning was finished - did not tell me about it until it was too late)?
