Not so good. Ignored my main request; denied medication refills of (non-narcotic category) for Rosacea medication that I have due to stress which was diagnosed by a dermatologist at a specialty clinic , allowed my husband to go unmanaged for a high HGa1C, did not provide pre-diabetic counseling or advice; in addition to ignoring my request for a sleep aid.
