Layout was more interesting (not boxy like a lot of homes), hardware, fixtures, doors, etc. were superior to homes we looked at. Family room/kitchen was our favorite. We love the big windows and natural lighting in the home. I think we know knew the second we walked in that we wanted to buy it, then we saw everything in its price range in Hinsdale and Clarendon Hills to compare. It was...

Everything was fine.

We felt comfortable from the very beginning; during the entire process there was constant communication - for a smooth process at all stages - this is our dream house and look toward years of happiness.
